Delaware Unemployment for Youth

The Delaware Unemployment rate is down from over 8% in 2008, but is still over 6% as of December 2012. However youth unemployment, especially during the summer months seems to be rising steadily. It hit an alarming 19.5 million in 2012. Plans are underway for the 3rd SPEAK Youth Collaborative Summer Business Internship Program.
